Three layer Pineapple squares

Ingredients

  • 2 12 cups graham wafers
  • 12 cup margarine
  • 2 12 cups icing sugar
  • 12 cup margarine
  • 1 egg
  • whipped cream
  • 1 can well drain crushed pineapple

Directions

    For the first layer mix the graham wafer crumbs with the 1/2 cup melted margarine, press into an 8x8 inch baking pan and cook for about 10 mins.

    For the second layer mix the icing sugar, margarine and egg together.

    When graham crust is cool spread the second layer on top.

    For the third layer, mix the well drained pineapple with the already whipped whip cream and put on the second layer.

    Sprinkle with graham wafer crumbs and refrigerate.
