- soup bone
- 2 eggs
- several c. flour
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb. salt pork
- 1 small bunch parsley
- 1/2 lb. beef liver
- 2 onions
Directions

1Cook soup bone about 2 hours.

2Put liver, salt pork, onions and parsley through food chopper.

3Mix together with beef.

4Add eggs, salt and pepper, then mix.

5Add flour just to stick together (should be very moist).

6Drop by spoonful (size of meatballs) into hot broth; bring to a boil.

7Simmer 2 to 3 hours, stirring often using only a wooden spoon.

8Keep covered.

9Very good served over boiled potatoes or toast.
