Three Pepper Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 1 c. each thin green, red and yellow pepper strips
  • 1/2 c. thin onion slices
  • 1/3 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Kraft shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 10 flour tortillas (6-inch)
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • Taco Bell Home Original salsa

Directions

    Cook and stir peppers, onions and cumin in butter in large skillet until tender-crisp, about 4 minutes.

    Drain; reserve butter.

    Mix cream cheese and Cheddar cheese until well blended. Spoon 2 tablespoons cheese mixture unto each tortilla; top with scant 1/3 cup pepper mixture.

    Fold tortilla in half; place on cookie sheet.

    Brush with reserved butter. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

    Cut each tortilla into thirds.

    Serve warm with salsa.
