  • 1/2 bunch Spinach
  • 600 ml Water
  • 4 grams Dashi stock granules
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions

    Blanch the spinach and drain.

    Cut up roughly.

    Put the water in a pan and bring to a boil.

    Turn the heat down to medium, add the dashi stock granules and simmer for 1 minute.

    Turn the heat down to low, add the spinach from Step 1 with the ingredients, simmer for 1 minute, and it's done.
