- 1/2 bunch Spinach
- 600 ml Water
- 4 grams Dashi stock granules
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions

1Blanch the spinach and drain.

2Cut up roughly.

3Put the water in a pan and bring to a boil.

4Turn the heat down to medium, add the dashi stock granules and simmer for 1 minute.

5Turn the heat down to low, add the spinach from Step 1 with the ingredients, simmer for 1 minute, and it's done.
