- 1 head cabbage
- 1 onion
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1In large bowl, shred cabbage and onion.

2Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sugar over all and let set.

3Bring to boil vinegar, oil, 3/4 cup sugar, celery seed, salt and prepared mustard.

4Pour over cabbage. Cover and put in refrigerator.

5Leave several hours, then stir and serve.
