- 3 lb. cabbage, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 or 2 Tbsp. celery seed
Directions

1Mix the first 3 ingredients and let stand.

2Mix the remaining ingredients and boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved.

3Pour over cabbage mixture. Store, covered, in refrigerator for 3 weeks.
