  • 1/2 c. lite margarine, softened
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Superose liquid sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • lo-cal fruit preserve of your choice

Directions

    In medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat together sugar, liquid sweetener, egg and extract.

    In a small bowl mix together dry ingredients.

    Stir in the creamed mixture.

    Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
