  • 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced Or Chopped
  • 4 whole Chicken Thighs, With Skin (You Can Remove The Skin If You're Watching Calories, But You'll Miss Out On That Flavor!)

    Dump all ingredients into a Ziploc bag and marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

    Grill chicken on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes (or until done).

    Note: we use an infrared grill, so the cook time is about 10-15 minutes longer for us.
