  • 1 small box Cheerios
  • 1 small box Rice Chex
  • 1 (7 oz.) box pretzels
  • 2 cans peanuts
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 1 tsp. savor salt or seasoned salt
  • 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 c. bacon grease
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 stick oleo

Directions

    Melt oleo and grease; mix in sauce and salts.

    Put dry ingredients in a large roasting pan.

    Pour liquid mixture over dry ingredients and mix so that liquid is coated over all.

    Roast in oven for 1 hour at 200°, stirring every 15 minutes.

    Do not cover. Store in tight containers.
