- 2 1/8 cups milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 5 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- lemon zest

1Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

2Heat the milk with the cinnamon stick, but without letting it boil, put aside until it's warm.

3Whisk eggs and sugar, add lemon zest and milk.

5Pour in clay dish preheated in the oven a few minutes before.
