  • 2 1/8 cups milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sugar
  • lemon zest

    Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

    Heat the milk with the cinnamon stick, but without letting it boil, put aside until it's warm.

    Whisk eggs and sugar, add lemon zest and milk.

    Add milk, mix.

    Pour in clay dish preheated in the oven a few minutes before.

    Bake for about 25 minutes.
