- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup horchata
- 11/16 cup nut oil tiger
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 3/4 ounces nut flour tiger
- 1 1/3 tablespoons baking powder
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2Cream the sugar and eggs together. Add the horchata and the oil and beat lightly.

3Sift the flour, tiger nut flour, and baking powder together and add to the liquids. Stir to break up any lumps.

4Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper greased with tiger nut oil.

5Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Remove from oven, cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
