  • 11/16 cup nut oil tiger
  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 3/4 ounces nut flour tiger
  • 1 1/3 tablespoons baking powder
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Cream the sugar and eggs together. Add the horchata and the oil and beat lightly.

    Sift the flour, tiger nut flour, and baking powder together and add to the liquids. Stir to break up any lumps.

    Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper greased with tiger nut oil.

    Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Remove from oven, cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
