- 6 jalapenos, seeded and sliced thinly lengthwise
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 12 yellow onions, sliced thin cut thin lengthwise or 2 green onions, cut thin lengthwise
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- light rice vinegar
- sesame oil (spicy is okay)
- salt

1The key to this salad is that all the ingredients are very fresh and thinly sliced.

2Wash and chop cilantro.

3Trim tops off jalapenos, then slice peppers lengthwise as thin as possible.

4Cut the onion into thin strips.

5Toss all sliced veggies in a bowl with the light rice vinegar, sesame oil and salt.

6Sprinkle sesame seeds on before serving.
