Tilapia Crusted With Almonds

- 2 tilapia fillets
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- salt
- pepper
- Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 scallions, sliced
Directions

1Season tilapia with salt, pepper and old bay.

2Dust with flour then dip into egg.

3Press almond slices into the fish.

4Heat butter and oil in an oven proof pan.

5Carefully (so not to lose any almonds) place fillets into hot pan brown for 1 minute and flip gentle (again so not to lose any almonds) squeeze half of the lemon on the fish and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.

6Remove gently to a platter squeeze remaining lemon.

7Garnish with scallions and serve.
