  • 2 Tilapia fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 whole grain wheat hamburger bun
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 lettuce

Directions

    Clean fish and then coat both sides with all of the seasoning ( season all, lemon pepper, cayenne pepper, and oregano)

    Heat frying pan on medium heat and then add the olive oil and coat the whole surface of the pan

    Place tilapia fillets in the skillet and let each side cook for 5-7mins.

    Prepare whole grain wheat hamburger bun by adding your condiments for me I spread a little miracle whip on 1side of the bun and some mustard American cheese and lettuce

    Lastly place both tilapia fillets on top of the American cheese and top it off with the lettuce and the top bun and the dig in
