- 2 anchovy fillets, drained and minced (optional)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
- cayenne pepper
- ground black pepper
- salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb tilapia fillet
- lemon pepper
- cayenne pepper
- salt
- 4 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 6 pita breads, cut in half
Directions

1Mix anchovy and feta cheese and stir in mayonnaise, Italian salad dressing, cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt.

2Heat up the olive oil in a skillet over medium-strong heat.

3Season tilapia with lemon pepper, cayenne and salt. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the tilapia fillets until they are brown on one side.

4Turn and continue to fry until the other side is brown and the fish can be easily flaked with a fork.

5Warm the pita breads in the oven or in the microwave to soften.

6Fill the pita breads with lettuce, onion, tilapia fillets and plenty of feta cheese sauce.
