- 1 lb tilapia fillet
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Melt butter over medium-high heat in non-stick skillet.

2Add thawed fillets and salt and pepper to taste.

3Cook 2 minutes on each side, or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with fork.

4Remove fillets to a plate.

5Add almonds to skillet (a little more butter may be necessary), and toast lightly.

6Stir in lemon juice.

7Spoon almonds over fish and serve.
