  • 2 c. precooked white rice
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 can drained water chestnuts
  • 1 c. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. crushed potato chips (optional)

Directions

    Dice water chestnuts.

    Then, combine rice, cheese, chestnuts and broccoli in a large oven-proof casserole dish.

    Top with potato chips (optional).

    Bake at 425° in a conventional oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
