- 4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (may be cut in half)
Directions

1Working with hands or electric mixer, blend cheese and butter into sifted dry ingredients until smooth.

2Pat or roll on floured surface to about 1/3-inch thickness.
