  • 1/3 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. chopped dates
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
  • 1/2 c. candied cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 c. candied pineapple, chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. almond extract

Directions

    Combine crumbs and margarine, add milk, vanilla and almond extract.

    Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Spoon 1 tablespoon into each paper lined miniature muffin pan. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Remove from pan and cool on rack.

    Yields 6 dozen.
