- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 jar mancini fried peppers
- 1/2 lb. ham
- 6 eggs
- 2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
Directions

1Slightly grease bottom of pan. Layer one roll of crescent rolls. Layer 1/4 pound of salami, ham and Provolone cheese.

2Beat eggs and add grated cheese.

3Pour over layers.

4Layer remaining salami, ham and Provolone cheese.

5Spread jar of fried peppers. Layer second package of crescent rolls.

6Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
