- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Saute onion in butter; add green pepper.

3Continue cooking until tender (about 5 minutes).

4Stir in flour until blended.

5Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, sugar and pepper.

6Simmer, covered, 10 minutes. Add tuna and pour into 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
