Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, cut into pieces (room temperature)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. heavy cream, chilled
- 1 1/4 c. freshly made strong coffee or espresso
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. ladyfingers
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. brandy
- 1/4 c. cocoa powder
Directions

1Using a food processor, beat cream cheese, sugar and milk until smooth and fluffy.

2Blend in vanilla and brandy.

3Transfer to a medium-sized bowl.

4Whip heavy cream until stiff and fold into cream cheese mixture.

5Cover and refrigerate until well chilled, about 1 hour.

6Pour coffee into a large shallow dish. Dip ladyfingers in coffee, coating all sides.

7Arrange in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch serving dish.

8Pour in cheese and cream mixture and smooth the top.

9Put cocoa in a small sieve and dust the top evenly.

10Refrigerate until ready to serve.
