  • 1 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 8 oz. cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 3 large eggs or 4 medium eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. chives
  • 1 tsp. dill or to taste
  • butter

    Hand blend all ingredients until well mixed.

    Butter a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

    Add 10 layers, buttering each sheet.

    Pour 1/2 of the filling; cover with a sheet of filo.

    Pour remaining filling, then cover with filo, buttering each sheet.

    Bake at 350° for about an hour until golden brown.
