  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • pepper (black)
  • 1 lb. Polish sausage
  • water

Directions

    Make the batter in a blender, combining flour, eggs, milk, salt and a dash of pepper, 2 to 3 seconds on high.

    Turn off. Scrape sides of blender and blend another 40 seconds. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
