- 4 c. pecan halves (1 lb.)
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tsp. or more of Angostura Bitters
- seasoned salt
Directions

1Put pecans on a 13 x 9 baking sheet.

2Toast in a preheated 300° oven for 20 minutes.

3Meanwhile, melt butter, add Bitters and 1 teaspoon seasoning salt.

4Pour mixture over pecans and stir; coating pecans evenly.

5Cook for 15 minutes longer.

6Add more seasoning salt if desired.

7Remove; spread out on paper towels to dry.
