- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
- 1 c. light cream
- 2 Tbsp. minced chives
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Clean and finely chop the mushrooms.

2Saute 5 minutes in the butter.

3Blend in flour, salt and monosodium glutamate (optional). Stir in light cream and cook until thick, about 5 minutes.

4Add minced chives and lemon juice.
