  • 1 (1-ounce) slice reduced-carb whole wheat bread (such as Arnold)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free preserves or jelly

    Spread peanut butter over bread. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until bread is lightly toasted and peanut butter melts slightly. Top with preserves.
