  • 2 c. broken pecans
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 box powdered sugar

Directions

    Toast pecans and oleo at 350° for 15 minutes; stir frequently. Beat the cream cheese until fluffy.

    Add pecans.

    Add the vanilla and powdered sugar; beat well.

    Pour into Pyrex.

    This freezes well.
