- 1/4 c. salt
- 1 qt. pecans
- warm water
Directions

1Put salt and pecans together in a jar.

2Fill jar with warm water.

3Let stand in warm water for 30 minutes, then drain 2 hours in colander.

4Cook at 275° for 30 minutes.

5Cut oven off (leave pecans in oven).

6Stir 3 or 4 times.

7You may use salt, garlic salt or both to taste.

8Very good.
