- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 lb. butter
Directions

1Place pecans in flat pan and sprinkle with salt, lemon juice and butter. Place pan in 200° oven, stirring nuts often until butter and lemon juice cook well into the nuts and they are toasted, approximately 1 hour.
