  • 2 1/2 lb. shelled pecans
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 lb. butter

    Place pecans in flat pan and sprinkle with salt, lemon juice and butter. Place pan in 200° oven, stirring nuts often until butter and lemon juice cook well into the nuts and they are toasted, approximately 1 hour.
