  • 8 thin slices deli corned beef
  • 2 slice swiss cheese
  • 2 slice marble rye bread
  • 2 tbsp 1000 island dressing
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut
  • 1/2 cup chicken or veggie stock

    Heat stock in small saucepan.

    Add sauerkraut.

    Reduce until liquid is evaporated.

    Finish on panini press or 400 oven for approximately 4 minutes or until bread is crispy and cheese is melted.
