- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. chopped blanched almonds
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Combine sugar, syrup and cream in a heavy saucepan.

2Cook 50 minutes over low heat or until mixture forms a firm ball when a bit is dropped in ice water.

3Add almonds and baking powder, stirring to mix.

4Spoon into small candy cups.

5Let stand until firm.

6Store airtight in a cool place.
