Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups crushed chocolate coated toffee bars (heath bars)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Butter a 9 by 13-inch baking pan.

3In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.

4Using an electric mixer, beat until fluffy the butter and sugar.

5Beat in eggs and vanilla.

6Add in flour one half at a time.

7Stir in crushed toffee bars by hand and spread in baking pan.

8Sprinkle top with chocolate chips.

9Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

10Cool and cut into bars
