- graham crackers
- 1 cube butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- chopped nuts or coconut or both
Directions

1Line a large cookie sheet with tinfoil.

2Break graham crackers into sections and cover the entire surface of the pan.

3In a saucepan on the stove, melt butter; add sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

4Boil for exactly 2 minutes.

5The mixture will look light yellow and fluffy.

6Remove from heat and spread evenly over the crackers.

7Sprinkle with chopped nuts or coconut (or both).

8Bake at 300° for 10 minutes.

9Cool until bottom of pan is warm to touch.

10Remove from pan.
