- 1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
- 2 c. whole wheat breadcrumbs (fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 6 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp. mixture oregano, basil and garlic
- 4 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 brick tofu (firm)
Directions

1Mix well; form into golf ball sized rounds.

2Place on cookie sheet and freeze.

3When ready to serve, place frozen balls into baking dish; cover with sauce and cover.

4Bake for 40 minutes at 350°.
