  • 1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 2 c. whole wheat breadcrumbs (fresh)
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 6 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. mixture oregano, basil and garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 brick tofu (firm)

Directions

    Mix well; form into golf ball sized rounds.

    Place on cookie sheet and freeze.

    When ready to serve, place frozen balls into baking dish; cover with sauce and cover.

    Bake for 40 minutes at 350°.
