  • For mayonnaise

  • 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup freshly minced chives (optional) or 1/4 cup freshly minced parsley (optional)
  • Greek Lemon sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 -5 dashes white pepper
  • Horseradish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • white pepper, to taste
  • minced chives (optional)

Directions
