- 4 eggs
- 250 gr tofu, pat dry
- 1 tsp shoyu
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp dashi
Directions

1Blend all ingredients until smooth.

2Grease a square pan with oil.

3Using low heat, pour some mixture until it is about 1/4 inch thick.

4Cover.

5When it is cooked (no more runny mixture), arrange in a sushi mat.

6Roll gently, making sure the mat is not rolled with the mixture.

7Tie the sushi mat with rubber bands or ribbon.

8Some water from the tofu might drip, so be careful because it is hot.

9After an hour, remove the sushi mat.

10Slice, and enjoy!
