  • 2 blocks tofu, drained (1 1/2 lb.)
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 to 5 slices bread crumbs
  • 1 grated carrot
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
