- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 can water
- 1 jar Ragu
- 2 lb. tofu
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. sweet basil
- 1 can spinach, drained (or 1 can asparagus is great)
- 1 can sliced olives, drained
- tofu cheese or Mozzarella
Directions

1Mix water, tomato sauce and Ragu in bowl.

2Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Put a thin layer of sauce in pan.

4Make a layer of uncooked lasagne noodles.

5Blend together well the tofu, chopped onion and seasonings.

6Make a layer of tofu mixture over noodles.

7Layer spinach and olives or asparagus.

8Repeat:

9sauce, noodles, tofu and spinach or asparagus.

10Cover with grated cheese of choice. Store in fridge overnight.

11Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
