Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) tofu
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- 1 small can mushroom pieces
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Slice tofu into quarters.

2Cook in salted water for 20 minutes.

3Drain and crumble.

4Mix the remaining ingredients, except for the soup.

5Place the mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes.

6Pour heated, undiluted cream of mushroom soup over the loaf.
