- 1 lb. firm tofu
- 1 1/3 c. chickpeas, cooked
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1/2 c. cracker meal
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. dill, ground
- 1 egg (optional)
Directions

1Mash chickpeas with fork or crush in food processor.

2Do same with tofu.

3Add the other ingredients.

4Make into patties.

5Bake on cookie sheet that's oiled.

6Can also fry.

7In case mixture is too soft, add more cracker meal.

8Makes 12 patties.
