  • 5 oz. cubed firm or extra firm tofu
  • 1/4 cup of sesame seed oil
  • 1/4 cup of scallions
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of sesame seeds- optional

Directions

    First put the sesame seed oil in a pan. Then add the tofu. Cook until the tofu is a light golden-brown, usually about 5-15 minutes. Once it is golden brown, put it in a bowl. Then chop the scallions, and add the soy sauce in the same bowl. After that, add the sesame seeds, if desired. Mix it together and serve.
