Ingredients

  • 30 g bacon
  • 5 g canola oil
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 2 pieces konbu
  • 150 g white radishes
  • 290 g zucchini
  • 185 g mushrooms
  • 12 head cauliflower
  • 7 garlic cloves
  • 5 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 600 g soft tofu
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Boil the konbu, water, stock and garlic for 20 minutes.

    Add the vegetables and seasoning boil for another 10 minutes.

    Add the tofu and the eggs and stir.
