- 2 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 c. stemmed, seeded and chopped, fresh hot peppers
- 1 tsp. salt per qt. jar
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Mix onions and peppers together in a large mixing bowl, then spoon into jars and add salt.

2In a small saucepan mix the vinegar and water and heat. Don't boil.

3When the liquid is hot, pour into the jars, making sure the onions and peppers are covered.

4Seal and let sit for about a week before using.

5It's hot!
