Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 egg, boiled and chopped
  • 1/4 c. stuffed olives, sliced
  • 1/4 lb. crab or shrimp
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped

Directions

    Dissolve jello in boiling water.

    Add tomato sauce, lemon juice, salt and grated onion.

    Cool.

    Add remaining ingredients. Pour into ring mold or individual molds.
