Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes gelatin
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. sliced green olives
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in water.

    Heat tomato soup and add to gelatin.

    Add cream cheese.

    Stir well to blend.

    Place in milk cartons to congeal.

    Place on Ritz crackers to serve.

    Garnish with olive and parsley.
