- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 -3 dashes nutmeg
- 1 (15 ounce) can low-sodium low-fat chicken broth
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
- 3/4 cup half-and-half cream
- black pepper

1In heavy saucepan melt butter.
