  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 ounce. red wine
  • 10 med. tomatoes, peeled, seeded & diced
  • 1 ounce. fresh basil, roughly minced
  • 1 ounce. butter

Directions

    In warm skillet, saute/fry garlic in oil.

    Add in tomatoes and cook 2 to 3 min.

    Add in wine and simmer for 5 min.

    Add in basil and butter.

    Salt and freshly grnd pepper if you like.
