- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 2 ounce. red wine
- 10 med. tomatoes, peeled, seeded & diced
- 1 ounce. fresh basil, roughly minced
- 1 ounce. butter
Directions

1In warm skillet, saute/fry garlic in oil.

2Add in tomatoes and cook 2 to 3 min.

3Add in wine and simmer for 5 min.

4Add in basil and butter.

5Salt and freshly grnd pepper if you like.
