- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Diced onion
- 1/2 cup Red wine
- 5 cup Vegetable broth
- 1 lb Arborio rice
- 2 medium Tomatoes, diced
- 5 large Basil leafs
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Bring the broth to boil.

3the onions in olive oil.

4Add the rice and cook it for about 3 minutes

5Add the wine and mix, start adding 1 ladle of the broth to the rice.

6Once the rice absorbs all the broth, add another ladle.

7Keep doing this for 10 minutes.

8Add the tomatoes to the rice and keep adding the broth (stock) ladle by ladle for another 5 minutes.

9Add the basil, and keep adding the broth for more 5 minutes or until the rice is ready

10Add the grated Parmesan cheese and serve!
