  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1/2 cup Red wine
  • 5 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 lb Arborio rice
  • 2 medium Tomatoes, diced
  • 5 large Basil leafs
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

    Bring the broth to boil.

    the onions in olive oil.

    Add the rice and cook it for about 3 minutes

    Add the wine and mix, start adding 1 ladle of the broth to the rice.

    Once the rice absorbs all the broth, add another ladle.

    Keep doing this for 10 minutes.

    Add the tomatoes to the rice and keep adding the broth (stock) ladle by ladle for another 5 minutes.

    Add the basil, and keep adding the broth for more 5 minutes or until the rice is ready

    Add the grated Parmesan cheese and serve!
