- 9 Rhodes Rolls
- 1- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1- 1/2 cup Grated Gruyere Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Basil, Chopped
- 4 Tomatoes
- Salt And Freshly Ground Pepper
- Olive Oil, To Brush On Dough
Directions

1Spray counter lightly with nonstick cooking spray.

2Combine rolls into a ball and roll into a 12-inch circle.

3Place on a large sprayed baking sheet.

4In a bowl, combine cheeses and basil.

5Spread cheese mixture evenly over dough, leaving a 2-3-inch border all around.

6Top with sliced tomatoes and salt and pepper.

7Fold the 2-3-inch border of dough up over filling, pleating as you work your way around the tart.

8Brush crust with olive oil and secure in a few spots with toothpicks if necessary.

9Bake at 325 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.

10Variation: Use what ever variety of tomatoes you might have on hand.
